What Otto is

Otto records dictation you choose to record and produces a draft operative note from it. The draft is a starting point for you to review, edit, and sign.

Otto is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or exercise clinical judgement, and nothing it produces should be treated as clinical advice.

Your responsibility

You are the author of your notes. You are responsible for reading what Otto drafts, correcting anything wrong, and deciding what goes into the medical record.

Otto has no connection to your EMR and cannot file anything on your behalf. Moving an approved note into the record is your step, and it is deliberate that it is yours.

Beta service

Otto is in private beta. Features will change, and there may be interruptions. We do not offer an uptime guarantee at this stage and would rather say so than imply one.

Do not rely on Otto as the only record of a case. Keep whatever backup your normal practice requires.

Payment

Beta access is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

The beta rate stays with your subscription for as long as you keep it.
